Please note: Affordable Kitchenware does not ship to PO Boxes.


We endeavour to process and dispatch your order within 1 business day of it being placed and full payment received. If any of the ordered items are found to be out of stock, we may contact you with an ETA on the backordered items and seek your instructions as to your order.


Goods are delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option and delivery address. A tracking number is provided in the email sent to you when your order is dispatched. only ships orders within Australia.


A flat shipping fee of $9.90 is applicable to all orders, unless stated otherwise at the time of ordering. Exceptions include heavy or bulky items and commercial quantities. If Express shipping is requested, the fee will be that applied by the delivery company regardless of the total order value.


Should any of your goods arrive damaged, missing or different from what you ordered, you must notify of the problem within 3 days of receiving them, using the contact details printed on your invoice. Providing photographic evidence will help speed up the processing of your claim and allow us to correct the problem in a timely manner.


Orders can be cancelled or the content changed as long as they have not been processed yet. Considering that orders are usually processed within 24 hours of being placed, it is advisable to call us as soon as possible. Please quote your order reference number.



In the unfortunate event where one of our products proves faulty or fails to do what it is supposed to do, will happily replace it, repair it or refund its value, including any shipping charges.

For all warranty claims, please contact us and provide:

- Your name and address.

- A description of the item.

- A proof of purchase (Copy of the Order Receipt preferably, or at least the date of purchase).

- A detailed description of the problem.

- Photographic evidence of the problem if possible.

We will present this information to the supplier of the product and together, endeavour to achieve the best possible outcome for you within 3 business days. Do not discard the faulty product until we advise you to do so.

We may request the product be shipped back to us, in which case it will be at our expenses.


Should you find that a purchased product is not suitable for your purpose or, for any other reason, change your mind about your purchase, will accept the unwanted product back and exchange it for another more suitable, or issue a refund or Credit Note for the value of the product (Excluding shipping cost if any).

Please note the following conditions:

- You must return the product within 7 days of receipt

- You must advise us of the impending return by phone or email

- You must provide a proof of purchase (Copy of the Order Receipt)

- The product must be complete, in its original condition and unused

- The product must be in its original and undamaged packaging and with its instruction manual (If applicable)

- You must cover the cost of returning the product back to us by a secure method of delivery (Registered post) will only proceed with the desired option once the product has been returned and found to meet the above requirements.
